Information Security Statement

FloWorks is committed to conducting business in an ethical, legal, and socially responsible manner. FloWorks Information Security Statement (Statement) outlines our commitment to data privacy and information security and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

This Statement is applicable to all employees, and all business units within the FloWorks group*.

FloWorks is committed to maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy and security of company, customer and other stakeholder information and data. As such FloWorks integrates data privacy and information security programs, procedures and processes based on industry best practices, and regulatory requirements or other guidelines, which may include International Organization for Standardization (ISO) cybersecurity standards, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) or others, as applicable.

FloWorks is also committed to implementing comprehensive network security protocols to protect against unauthorized access and mitigate potential cyber events.

To support FloWorks’ data privacy and information security programs and procedures, the company implements a risk management system to identify, report and remediate accordingly through a standard approach. This includes an annual risk assessment to assess exposure, likelihood and the potential impact of a data privacy or information security event.

All FloWorks employees and contractors are provided data privacy and information security training on an annual basis. Additionally, FloWorks may conduct phishing campaigns and provide additional, specialized training to support internal functions including Information Technology (IT) staff who are responsible for FloWorks’ data privacy and information security programs. This further supports the identification and quick response to appropriately mitigate or minimize potential security events.
